The Offering

An offering I give to Thee,Oh Lord.
A sacrifice of love.
You gave an offering to me, oh Lord.
Your precious Son from above.

We must please you every day.
Not every now and then.
Our life is our sacrifice to you today.
Please accept it once again.

We must be holy, pure and clean,
Obedient to thy word.
Submissive to those over us indeed,
The ones who preach your word.

So help me Lord to please you.
In how I live my life.
To conform to you and not the world.
Keep out the sin and strife.
